All bookings need to be made online at www.MelbourneAirport.Taxi and will be confirmed via email. Full booking payment is made to the allocated Driver at the end of each trip.
There is no payment required when booking and it is essential that you are in contact with your allocated Airport Driver prior to pick-up to confirm your booking pick up and details.
To avoid problems at pick-up with too much luggage, we allocate large SUV’s or large 8 seat passenger Vans to each booking. To avoid delays, each driver has a booking schedule and the closest driver to the pick up time and location point is allocated to a booking in the vehicle category selected or larger.
